Southlake Properties is a company that was derived from our commitment to build an organization that improves the community while housing a workforce capable of achieving greatness. The function of the company is to obtain property for work and for restoration. All of the properties purchased by Southlake Properties are renovated and brought up to the highest safety codes in place today. Because of our shared sense of obligation to promote quality, we have dedicated ourselves to the uncompromising quality of our properties and take exceptional care with how we run our organization. Southlake Properties is a real estate investment and holding company.
Currently based in Pasadena, California, Southlake Properties has purchased numerous properties in the area and has done its part to restore and beautify the city. The primary functions of the company are to hold and manage commercial real estate properties, maintain the upkeep of our buildings, collect rent, and supervise maintenance inquiries.
Future goals for Southlake Properties include a nationwide expansion extending to both coasts and mass renovations for all properties purchased. In a recent article in the Pasadena Star newspaper, journalist Rodney Tanaka stated, “Southlake Properties has invested at least $1 million on exterior and interior improvements to their latest property.” When asked about the founder and CEO, A. Harrison Barnes, Tanaka exclaimed, “He started out in his San Marino garage. Now a Pasadena resident, he has invested about $12 million in the past three years to house his companies.”
